I've worked closely with founders navigating growth, launches, team expansion, and the kind of complexity that builds up when a business scales faster than its systems. I know what breaks first. I know what actually needs fixing. And I know what to leave alone.
What I bring isn't a framework or a methodology. It's pattern recognition, good judgment, and the ability to step into a business and make it run better, without making it harder to manage.
